Four More Weeks, Four Long Weeks

British Columbians are counting the days until we send Christy Clark and her sullied neo-Liberals packing.   The NDP are going into the election campaign up by 12 points over Clark's Liberals.

Could the rightwingers stage a comeback?  Anything is possible but that seems highly unlikely.   All the NDP has to do is keep refreshing voters' memories as to why they despise the sitting government.   There are plenty of reasons, so many that it can be hard to keep track of them all.

The Ekos poll found that, among those who said they're likely to vote, the NDP lead climbs to 17 per cent.   That sounds like a lot of voters who won't support the NDP but won't bother to turn out to support the Libs either.   The Greens came in at 16% and the B.C. Conservatives (as though we needed two conservative parties) placed fourth at 13%.

Christy Clark is beginning to look crispier by the moment.
